1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Blind Risk AI platform, bots, signals, and associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use of this workspace.

Risk & Financial Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading financial instruments, including cryptocurrency and gold (XAU/USD), carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leveraged trading can result in losses that exceed your initial deposits.

Blind Risk AI provides algorithmic market data and automation configuration helpers. We do not operate as registered financial advisors, brokers, or wealth managers. All signals are calculated mathematically based on historical data telemetry and AI biases; past performance does not guarantee future results.

2. Software & Autopilot Bot Configuration

The Autopilot console and local bridge scripts are helper applications to link the Blind Risk AI database with your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) client. You are solely responsible for managing your lot sizes, stop losses, take profits, and overall leverage settings. Blind Risk AI is not liable for MT5 connection failures, latency slippage, broker execution errors, or server downtimes.

3. Subscription, Billing, & Refunds

Access keys are distributed via support administrators and credit subscription periods. All purchases of access codes and packages are final and non-refundable. You represent that you are paying with authorization and funds that belong to you.

4. Referral Affiliate Rules

Our affiliate system credits partners with a 20% commission on referred subscriptions. Any form of spam, self-referral, or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited and will result in access revocation, payout cancellation, and permanent account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Blind Risk AI, its creators, or administrators be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential trading losses or damages arising from software signals, bot configurations, or advice. You trade at your own risk.
